About vibloom

vibloom is a personal creative project by Sudhir Shandilya, operated by OpenOvation. It showcases songs developed primarily from his original quotes and writings, shared on the OpenOvation blog since 2012.

These Terms govern your use of vibloom.ai. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you visit or contact us.

Listening and preferences

You may listen free of charge for personal, noncommercial enjoyment. No account or sign-in is required. All Songs is the default selection, with options to play English songs or Hindi songs. Your language selection is not saved between visits.

Favorites are saved locally in your browser. They do not sync across devices and may be lost when you clear your browser’s stored data.

Please do not interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully.

The writing and music

Sudhir Shandilya owns the copyright in his original human-authored writings and lyrics. OpenOvation publishes them with his permission.

The music and singing voices are generated using Suno under a Premier subscription. The vocals are synthetic, not recordings of human singers performing these songs. We do not intentionally imitate an identifiable person’s voice or imply any artist’s involvement or endorsement.

The recordings are made available subject to the rights and permissions provided under the applicable Suno terms. We do not claim copyright in purely AI-generated material or rights beyond those available under applicable law.

Sharing and reuse

You are welcome to share links to vibloom and quote brief excerpts from the writings or lyrics with credit to Sudhir Shandilya and vibloom.

Unless we give written permission or applicable law permits otherwise, you may not reproduce or republish full lyrics, download recordings except through an option we provide, redistribute or sell recordings, rebroadcast them, incorporate them into other projects, or use the site’s content to train AI systems. These are contractual conditions of using the site, to the extent enforceable, including where a recording is not protected by copyright.

Availability and liability

vibloom is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may update or remove content and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, OpenOvation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Its total liability to you arising from your use of the site is limited to $100. These provisions do not exclude liability or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
