Fold your hands, then find your feet (English)

This song grew out of something my wife said on a Bermuda vacation — "Namaste karo, aur aage badho" — fold your hands, then find your feet. Namaste — the word the world knows from yoga — is a bow to something greater. The song is about what comes after the bow: getting up and moving forward.
